By accessing or using the services provided by Cordillera LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Cordillera LLC provides software development, consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• You retain ownership of all content and materials you provide to us
• Upon full payment, you own all custom code and deliverables we create for your project
• We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and techniques developed during projects
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion or according to agreed milestones. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Project Timeline

We will provide estimated timelines for project completion. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we provide services "as is" and make no warranties regarding specific outcomes or results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of payment.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
